WHAT ARE THE SUPPORT COORDINATION SERVICES?
Support Coordination is a service funded under the NDIS that helps people with disabilities navigate and access the support they need to achieve their goals and live ordinary lives. Support Coordinators work with NDIS participants to understand their needs, goals, and aspirations and then develop a plan to coordinate and connect them with the appropriate services and supports.
SUPPORT CONNECTION

This level is for participants who require more intensive support to implement and manage their NDIS plan. The support is more intensive, and the support coordinator can help with various things relating to the implementation of your NDIS plan.
SPECIALIST SUPPORT COORDINATION (LEVEL 3)
This level is for participants with complex needs who require highly specialized support to coordinate their NDIS plan and access the needed services and support.
